The bed was super comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, a huge bonus. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything I needed.
The staff at the reception were not very friendly or helpful. The bathroom had poor ventilation and the shower pressure was weak.

The staff at Slaviero Sao Paulo Downtown were helpful and were very good too ensure our comfort. One night, we had an unexpected incident where someone tried to enter our room, but the staff handled it swiftly and professionally, addressing our concerns and reassuring us of our safety. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring São Paulo. the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options to start our day off right. I had a positive experience at Slaviero Sao Paulo Downtown and would gladly recommend it to others.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have the subway station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore all of the amazing attractions in the area.
